Museo dell'Olivo

1980's

Tuna Fish became the most frequent suggestion from customers as an addition to the Carli product line because it is naturally complementary with olive oil. So a leading Spanish fishery was contacted and an agreement reached to produce the most highly valued White Tuna from the Bay of Biscay exclusively for Carli.
Products range further enlarged with the introduction of black olives in brine,  prepared as they had been by Ligurian families for centuries.
All Carli departments were expanded:  the Printing Plant was among the largest and most modern in all of Liguria. The Data Processing Center and the Olive Mill had been updated to the state-of-the-art.

1990's

....here is the complete Carli products line, from olive oil to the latest additions, such as Pesto and Olive paste, prepared for Carli by the Riviera Alimenti Company, DILUNA White Wine and DISOLE Red wine.
The 1990's have been particularly important years for Carli because they mark the achievement of a unique project of its kind: the creation of Museo dell’Olivo (Museum of Olive Tree), a tribute from the Carli family to a vital source of nature that has been cultivated, shared, loved and admired by humanity for over 5000 years, the Olive Tree. The project was a dream cherished by the Carli family for decades and ultimately transformed into a reality to be shared by humanity forever.
