Since its foundation in 1911, Fratelli Carli has produced premium quality olive oil. Over the years other food specialties have been added to the product line: olives in brine, Marsala wine, tuna fish, olive paste, pesto sauce, are now listed in the Carli catalogue along with the olive oil.

Tradition and experience together with the most advanced technology enabled the Carli enterprise to achieve a position of market leadership in its sector and to satisfy its customers.

Culture Carli's dedication to the principles of correct nourishment and its enthusiastic support to the spread of culture are blended objectives. The significance of this union emerges also in the citation of Mr. Richard Haggart, Chairman of the Board of The European Museum of the Year Award, to Mr. Carlo Carli in 1993, on the occasion of the awarding of a Special Mention of the EMYA Board for the Olive Tree Museum: "In Imperia, Fratelli Carli has created a museum rich in style and with extraordinary fascination. It gives an effective and elegant presentation of the history of the olive tree and olive oil. The Olive Tree Museum is the result of an immense effort and an example of how enterprise can be committed to culture. Therefore it acts as a stimulus for all cultural life in Italy, public and privately sponsored."

More than 350,000 persons have visited the Olive Tree Museum since its inauguration in 1992. Carli's commitment to Culture, derives from the certainty that its products are beyond comparison, it includes sponsorship of numerous university research projects of the Institute for Academic Scholarships and, above all, of the publication of studies and commentaries that contribute to the knowledge of olive oil.

Wellbeing

Culture of Nutrition and Culture of Wellbeing. In 1997 Fratelli Carli launched a new line of Cosmetics, "Linea Mediterranea" (The Mediterranean Line): it is a natural cosmetic line that links the History of Olive Oil and the most up-to-date technology.
