How do we prepare Carli Red Chilies stuffed with Tuna Fish?

We only select those ones with proper dimensions; once the inside part is removed, they get pickled. At a proper time they get drained, washed and centrifuged. Afterwards they get filled with tuna fish, capers and anchovies stuffing and then covered up with Carli Olive Oil.
