How is Extra Virgin Olive Oil made?

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from the first cold press of the finest olives. It must be perfect in its aroma and flavour. The maximum acidity allowed is of 0,8% per litre.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a sweet and delicate taste, but very rich at the same time.
