Caramelised Pineapple Dessert
Ingredients (6 servings):
For the dough: ½ cup of flour, 5 TBS of corn flour, 6 TBS of sugar, 1 Tea spoon of baking powder, 3 TBS of Carli Pure Olive Oil, 4 eggs, a pinch of salt.
For the filling: 1 pound of pineapple slices.
For the caramel sauce: 5 TBS of sugar, 3 TBS of water, 4 TBS of Carli Pure Olive Oil.
Time required: 10 minutes preparation time + 20 minutes cooking time |
