Treatment of personal data
According to what it is established in article no. 13 of the decree 196/2003, we communicate that our clients’ personal data are kept into proper lists in order to send them further information and the printed matters we publish periodically. The treatment of the data occurs with automatized manual instruments, and with procedures able to guarantee maximum security and reserve. It consists in all the operations laid downd in article 4, comma 1, letter a) of the decree. Further, we confirm that the data will neither be transfered to third parties, nor diffused. We also inform that each client can exercise the rights established in articles 7, 8 and 9 of the decree, that allow to view, update, integrate, delete, or verify the data.
